From the darkest depths of humanity, too low on the evolutionary scale to register, where the gene pool is so thin that even water has a higher DNA factor, comes the legendary, infamous, demigod, Dr. Milano Joshi (PhD, MSc, BSc, HTML, Web, WWW, ISO9000). 

Dr. Joshi started out as a poor refugee of nature's food chain, dragging himself out of the mire of geekness, ignoring the cries of contempt from his species. Rising above the tide of suited men with brown noses he has managed to avoid being labelled as sane in a world of conformity.

Born in Turin under a shroud of mystery, the only son of a poor beggar family. Adandoned as a baby, he was raised by prairie dogs where he developed his characteristic head bobbing twitch. After he was found by a passing Cardinal on a pilgrimage, he was taken to the Vatican city to be raised.

There he rose to the lofty heights of Papal Advisor and Soothsayer. Widely regarded as the second coming of Nostradamous, his predictions were 100% accurate in the dimension of infinite possibilities, but alas were less accurate in this dimension. The most spectacular was the prediction of the arrival of the Four Horsemen of Apocalypse. Thousands gathered at the appointed time and place only to be greeted by four Norwegians from Acapulco. After a disastrous spate of misleading predictions he shunned the world and his followers and retired to a small village in the heart of Shakespeare Country to meditate and enlighten the lives of the poor lost souls around him. 

Due to the enormous public demand from opinion polls, campaigns and his army of loyal (if not misdirected) followers, he has come out of retirement to once more battle the forces of darkness and re-establish his position at the top of the food chain and to receive the recognition he so richly deserves.

The Doctor, highly regarded in his field, is here to direct the lost children of the web towards the light of infinite knowledge (and phone bills) and on to he promised land.
